Riverty appointed to NPL Advisory Panel
Riverty Services GmbH appointed to EU Non-Performing Loans Advisory Panel
Riverty Services GmbH has been appointed as a member of the European Commission’s Non Performing Loans (NPL) Advisory Panel, following a successful selection process led by DG FISMA.
The appointment recognises Riverty’s expertise in responsible NPL management and its contribution to a stable and transparent European financial system. As a member of the Panel, Riverty will support the European Commission in shaping policies and frameworks for NPLs across the EU.
“We are very pleased to have been appointed to the NPL Advisory Panel. As a long-term player in this sector, we welcome the opportunity to help further shape the market by sharing best practices, promoting transparency, and advancing tools such as open-book approaches. These are essential to building fair, sustainable NPL frameworks where long-term value and responsibility matter as much as price,” says Volker Bornhöft, Chief Operating Officer, Riverty.
Riverty will also continue to engage with policymakers and stakeholders to help strengthen understanding of the role NPL management plays in safeguarding financial stability and supporting the wider economy.
