We, Riverty GmbH, Gütersloher Straße 123, 33415 Verl (“Riverty”), are giving away 100x one-year Premium subscriptions for the RTL+ streaming service to users of our Riverty Flex product. The discounted total price of €0.00 (including VAT) only applies for the first 12 months of the RTL+ Premium plan. If the package is not cancelled with a notice period of 30 days before the end of the term, the RTL+ Premium package will automatically continue after these months at the current conditions and at a monthly price of €8.99 (including VAT). Cancellation is then possible with a notice period of 30 days before the end of the term. The offer is only available for new customers, cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, and can only be redeemed once per customer. The offer must be redeemed within 4 weeks after the prize notification is sent. Only consumers living in Germany who apply for an installment payment via the German Riverty Flex product for a Riverty payment invoice are eligible to participate in the raffle. To take part in the raffle, you must be at least 18 years old and, by October 26, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., apply through the Riverty App or the MyRiverty Portal, by following the provided process, to convert one of your open Riverty payment invoices into an installment payment via the German Riverty Flex product. The time when your application is received in our system counts. Your participation does not depend on your application being successful; even if we cannot offer you an installment payment in your case, you are still eligible to participate in the raffle. Employees of our company, Bertelsmann SE & Co. KG, and its subsidiaries are excluded from participation. Participating under or in someone else’s name, especially through prize agencies or similar services, is not allowed. Participation using bots or other automated methods is also not allowed. 

The draw will take place on November 10, 2025. The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who have timely applied for the conversion of their Riverty payment invoice into an installment payment via the Riverty Flex product using the Riverty App or MyRiverty Portal. The winner will be informed about their prize by e-mail within 14 days. The prize will be given via a promotion code sent by email. The winner must register with RTL+ using the code. 

If a physical prize is awarded, Riverty is not obliged to pay the cash equivalent. You confirm that, in the case of winning (especially a trip), all costs, expenses, and other services not given or declared as included in the prize are to be borne by you. Riverty is not liable for damages caused by the participant. 

Riverty reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Riverty also reserves the right to end, interrupt, or extend the raffle at any time for important reasons without prior notice. This applies especially to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned running of the raffle. If you violate these terms and conditions, Riverty has the right to exclude you from participation (even afterward) without prior notice. 

Legal action is not permitted. 

If any part of these terms and conditions is invalid, the other parts remain valid. 

German law applies.

By participating in the raffle, you agree to the collection and use of your information, such as first and last name, address, age, phone number, and email address. Riverty collects, stores, and processes these personal data to run and manage the raffle and to notify you.
