Open the Riverty app, go to your order, select the invoice, and tap “Report an issue.” Choose the problem type and upload any evidence you have.
This can happen if your payment and the reminder overlapped. No worries, just report it in the Riverty app, and we’ll get back to you in a few business days.
Refunds are processed once your return is confirmed by the merchant. You’ll see the refund status directly in your Riverty app.
No. Report the missing delivery in the app and your invoice will be paused until it’s resolved.
Returns can take some time to be processed by the merchant. Once confirmed, your balance will adjust automatically.
Go to your order in the Riverty app, select your invoice, then “Report an issue,” and choose “Faulty products.” Your payment will be paused while we review your claim.
