As a Management Associate (m/f/d), you will work in tandem with your manager for a period of 12 to 18 months. You will benefit from their many years of experience and learn something new every day. You will sharpen your own profile and continuously develop yourself and your skills.
The program
Experience first-hand how our management works and makes decisions. As a Management Associate, you will directly support the management in strategic and operational tasks. In only a short time, you will take on responsibility for projects and quickly gain a feeling for our strategy and business model.
The program will prepare you for your future challenges. With our HR expertise, we accompany your development with career coaching and support you in planning your next career steps.
