Yes, career changers are very welcome at Riverty 😊 In the job postings, you can see which jobs allow career changers.
Normally the orientation takes place in the offices at the locations. Due to the current situation, new employees are trained via MS Teams. For this purpose, two-week digital training sessions are held in which you are introduced to the different systems. Here you are prepared for different cases and can practise in the test system before the real cases start.
The basic working hours are as follows:
- A 40-hour week (five days)
- Working time model = flexi-time: If necessary, overtime can be worked and compensated by time-off in consultation with the manager.
- There is shift work in some departments (early and late shift)
